Cookies help Veyyā work. Some are essential - they keep you signed in and keep your data safe. Others are optional - they help us understand what is working and (if you choose) show you content you might like.
You are always in control.

1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit our website or use our app. They help us remember you between visits so you do not have to sign in every time or set your preferences all over again.
We also use web beacons, pixels, and similar technologies that serve related purposes.
2. The four categories we use
2.1 Strictly necessary
These make Veyyā work. Without them, you could not sign in, book a service, or make a payment. They are always on.
- Session authentication and login
- Fraud prevention and security
- Payment processing
- Legal and regulatory compliance
Retention · Session-based Consent required · No
2.2 Functional
These remember your choices so Veyyā feels familiar every time - language, saved items, and display preferences.
Retention · Up to 12 months Consent required · Yes, via the cookie banner
2.3 Analytics
These help us understand how people use Veyyā so we can make it better - which features are used, where things load slowly, which flows need improvement. The data is aggregated and does not identify you individually.
Retention · Up to 12 months Consent required · Yes, via the cookie banner
Providers · Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Hotjar
2.4 Marketing
These help us show you offers and content that might be relevant to you across other platforms. They also measure whether our campaigns are working.

Providers · Facebook Pixel, Google Ads, LinkedIn Insight Tag, TikTok Pixel
3. Who else may set cookies through Veyyā

4. How to manage your preferences
4.1 The cookie banner
Your first visit shows a banner with three options: Accept All, Reject Non-Essential, or Manage Preferences. Marketing and analytics are unchecked by default - we only turn them on if you say yes.
4.2 The preference centre
Change your mind any time via Account Settings › Privacy and Consent › Manage cookie preferences.
4.3 Your browser settings
Most browsers let you view and delete stored cookies, block specific cookies, or receive warnings before cookies are stored. Your browser help pages have instructions for your specific setup.
4.4 Opt-out tools from third parties
- Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Extension
